Bring your own mat and towel & join me each week to strengthen your back & core while working on your posture & pelvic floor health.

 

Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain.

 

By applying the fundamental Pilates technique & exercises, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.

The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances through Pilates based exercises:

-Increase muscular balance and strength

-Improve posture

-Facilitate the ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally

I know you love the Clubbercise stress-relieving combat tracks and that you (secretly!) love a squat, so I proudly introduce a new class format - Clubbercise Combat + Tone.

Clubbercise Combat + Tone is perfect for those who want the awesome music, glow sticks, disco lights and endorphin inducing workout without the full on dance routines.

The 45 minute class will include a warm up, a mixture of combat + toning tracks to destress, tone and strengthen your body and mind.

Finishing with cool down and stretch leaving you feeling ready to tackle the rest of your week.

Suitable for all fitness levels and total beginners, options always given.

Wear suitable trainers and bring a big drink!
