No! All workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. You'll only need a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and a mini ball.
3. Will I receive a meal plan?
You'll get healthy, delicious recipes along with tailored macros and calories to suit your goals, so you can enjoy flexibility while still making progress.
4. How do the weekly check-ins work?
Each week, you'll submit your check-in through the app, and I’ll provide feedback, support, and any necessary adjustments to keep you on track.
5. What if I can’t do all the workouts?
The program is flexible, so you can fit the workouts into your schedule. Even if you can only manage 2-3 sessions per week, you’ll still see progress!
