The January Kick Start runs from 5th to 31st January and gives you four progressive Lean Strong and Sculpted workouts each week, all pre recorded so you can train at a time that suits you.  

 

This four week block is designed to rebuild strength, confidence and routine after the holidays, with expertly programmed sessions that help you feel leaner, stronger and more energised.

 

You will need dumbbells, a booty band and a Pilates ball.
