Hey team!


How was your first week of 2023?

Chaos?

Pretty Steady?


Mine was fantastic!!

I absolutely love getting back in the swing of things.

I thrive off routine and knowing exactly what I have in my diary each day.


It keeps me organised, motivated and healthy.


I set clear intentions for myself for the next month and so far I am doing ok.

My personal goals for 2023 are -


No alcohol for January (possibly longer)

Consistent Movement (Strength training)

Better sleep habits (Early nights, less screen time)


How are you getting on?

What can you do more regularly to help you feel your best self yet?


Set some goals.

Write them down.

Commit.
